How can I return Lowstolic?
If, for any reason, you should decide Lowstolic is not for you, simply email us at RMA@lowstolic.com or you can call us at (800)345-2266, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must return all items within 30 days of the date you received Lowstolic. Be sure your RMA# is on the outside of your package. Remember, all the items in your last order must reach our Receiving Department within 30 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.

Please note: For a full refund of any order, all product containers need to be returned whether they are opened or not. We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned, or for products returned after 30 days. When returning items, please use FedEx tracking, UPS tracking, or insured U.S. Mail to ensure proper delivery of your return.
